Shape & Size

The Incott G23 measures in at 126 * 64 * 40 mm, making it a large/medium-sized mouse, suitable for all hand-sized depending on grip-style. This mouse is not targeted toward fingertip users, but it is possible to achieve for those with larger hands. The more suitable grip styles are going to be palm and claw, both of which will be suitable for most hand-sizes.

The hump placement is centered. The mouse has a very slight front flare and features a flat side-profile. These shape details, in combination with the size, make the Incott G23 an almost 1:1 copy of the Logitech G Pro X Superlight.

Coating & Quality

The coating used on the Incott G23 feels like it is rubberized. It is very grippy and stays consistent regardless of the humidity level of my room or how sweaty my hands are. The mouse does not come included with grip tape. This would have been a nice thing to include, but the coating by itself provides a suitable grip.

The build quality of the Incott G23 feels superb and does not experience any creaking or flexing, even when the mouse is put under large amounts of pressure.

Skates & Weight

The skates pre-installed on the Incott G23 feel very smooth right out of the box and do not require a break-in period like most other mice do.

The Incott G23 weighs 65 grams. With many new mice weighing far less, I would have preferred this weight to be reduced further, though the weight is in large part increased by the hot-swappable switches, which add more complexity and materials to the inside of the mouse.

Hot-swappable switches

The main feature of this mouse is the hot-swappable switches. Underneath the mouse, it is possible to eject two pieces where you can take out and replace the main switches without any soldering. Here, you can also place the included switch spacers to reduce the travel time of the switches. The mouse comes pre-installed with one set of switches. In addition, the box comes with 3 additional sets.

Sensor & Performance

The G23 comes with the PAW3395 sensor, capable of achieving 32000 DPI and 1000Hz polling rate, whereas the G23 Pro uses the newer PAW3950 sensor which can go up to 42000 DPI and 8000Hz polling rate. My unit is the G23 Pro and it performed extremely well in all the games I played. The higher polling rate was also stable in all the supported games where I tested it.

Conclusion

Overall, I am very impressed with the Incott G23. The shape mimics the Logitech G Pro X Superlight. Combined with the grippy coating, it is a very comfortable mouse to game with. Even though the weight does not compete with many newer releases, it does feature a very solid build quality, and even more importantly, it has hot-swappable switches, which is a unique and useful feature not seen in many mice on the market. On top of all this, the mouse only costs $49 for the normal version or $69 for the G23 Pro.
